EMC Storage solutions are good at taking backups, not so good when you need them

It provides audit trials and reporting capabilities that allow organizations to track and monitor email activity for investigation. It provides different customizable options for managing email and sensitive information.

There is a very large capacity so we're able to back up a ton of data, however, there have been too many occurrences where we weren't able to retrieve specific data for a given (recent) period of time so it became clear the back-up was for naught. Also, EMC support is not always quick enough to respond.
