1. Strong native integration with Google Workspace, which makes adoption and ongoing use much smoother for organizations already standardized on Google tools. 2. Retention rules and legal hold capabilities are practical and useful for governance, compliance and internal information retrieval needs. 3. Search and export workflows are generally straightforward and help reduce the effort involved in finding historical communications and records. 4. it provides a clean, relatively low-friction way to manage archiving and eDiscovery without a separate complex platform for basic needs

dislikes
When dealing with large volumes of data (10GB) the export process can take a long time to prepare and occasionally fails without detailed error reporting. The Search UI lacks modern visual filters or a more intuitive query builder. It is strictly focused on Google services. If you need a unified archiving solution, this is not the right tool.
