Overall, the tools are very good and work as intended. Sometimes the dashboard is a little more convoluted than it needs to be, but it doesn’t stop the tools from working very well if you set them up properly.

Mimecast support is generally very responsive, I've only had 1 out of many cases in which I had to escalate to our account manager

This makes it very easy to search for and find communications dating back years, across multiple former and existing employees. The archive search is fast and efficient, and the automated weekly and monthly email monitoring reports and administration screens are detailed. Classification and control of inbound spam and malicious emails is one of the main benefits, offering us protection against the main source of inbound threats.
