What I liked most was the search and retrieval performance, as the architecture allows you to find specific emails or documents in seconds, even when the archive spans several years of data. On the other hand, the monitoring and surveillance capabilities are excellent, since the integrated tools for reviewing communications and automatically detecting policy violations greatly facilitate the work of the compliance team.

Clunky interface - unintuitive and dated, takes new admins a while to get to grips with. Exporting can be a pain - sometimes stalls if the export is too huge
