It's especially useful for websites that have a lot of information on them, it provides a simple way to start a conversation. We have integrated lead collection with our CRM system (Bitrix 24) via email, we would be very keen to find a way to synchronise contact details directly between the two contact databases without having to use the download/upload approach.

Great! There are a few aspects that could be improved, for example, new visitors joining the chat sometimes don't pop under the "Unassigned" section unless you click another section like "Open" then click back, might be just my own experience. However, there are many positive aspects like the minimalistic interface, the auto reply feature which has been improving, and the fact that you can see what the person is typing before they even send a reply which speeds up things.

The biggest reason for us to go to this app was because it's fully functional on the go with the mobile app, at least what we've tested from iOS. It could use some refinement, but it works well.
