ThousandEyes is useful in providing granular visibility into network paths, application performance and user experience and is helpful in identifying bottlenecks. The learning curve is steep and the advanced customization and reporting needed more expertise and training from my end.

This has been a fantastic tool for our organization.  It greatly reduces the mean time to innocence for our networking team.  With the WFH, and the end user calls it can pin point poor home internet connections, routers, working too far from their home router and share its not the corporate network causing the issue.
