User and role management, usability, and the platform's tools for easily optimizing layouts, even without extensive coding experience, are outstanding. I also consider it a solution that seamlessly integrates various aspects, from web interface solutions to effective data management.

1. The product does not offer much in the way of OOTB reporting to satisfy user management. For instance, ability to identify users who have not logged in during the past 90 days, or the ability to find all users who belong to a specific role broken down by customer account. 2. Reliance on expensive professional services team to supplement support. 3. Online resources such as training, KB articles, and forums are lacking
