It's really complicated to upgrade and, since we have to outsource the work, doing an upgrade has a major impact on our budget and can be difficult for us to afford. Staying on top of the roadmap can be challenging as well. It's great when we're able to speak with the technical team - they are amazing and solutions oriented.
