We have found the platforms to be easy to use and robust. However, the available support to learn HOW to use everything has been lacking. Our training has been dropped multiple times over the past 2 years, as account managers come and go. So we have a robust system that we can't use. The training materials online are not helpful because different versions of the platform have different processes, so instructions are not applicable to our version. And it's not clear when instructions are for a different version and how to tell. We have also found that the content management is extremely difficult to organize. Our intention to use the storage as our company's main resource library had to be abandoned. Perhaps there is a way to do this, but due to inability to get support, we don't know.
