The simplicity of the platform, very user friendly, the possibility to leverage APIs to automate jobs and also the content management

There are very basic customer showing aspects of the product that are not user friendly and reduce the effectiveness of its use. For example, customer reviews are organized in a way that the comments have about 6 words per line. So a long comment has to be cut and paste in a different document to read properly or it has to be read on hundreds of lines for a simple paragraph. This is very poor for a technology platform such as this. Another issue is the lack of search function to understand themes within the reviews. Your sentiment scores do not have much real world application. For example, If my company were to want to determine our customer's feelings towards 1)pricing 2) portioning 3) hospitality 4) food quality over a period of the most recent 1,2, and 3 months your platform does not deliver usable data. The only way to get truly usable data is to transfer every review into an excel spreadsheet and manually read and quantify each comment. We have brought these two concerns up with Yext representatives multiple times and each time, when we walk them through it the answer is the same.... it cant be done on the current platform There are other simple tasks such as being able to add a restaurants name where the address is or linking Yelp the same as google, FB.....
