What do you like most about the product or service?

Deloitte provided overall leadership across all areas of commerce and looked at the overall ecosystem that looks beyond technology boundaries and systems. Most importantly, from the outset they approached the engagement with integrity - avoiding overselling or overpromising, to focus on collective success. Instead, they took the time to understand our current landscape through a thoughtful, small-scale engagement. This allowed them to accurately assess our needs and collaboratively define a comprehensive transformation end state and roadmap to get there.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

1. As we moved from being a North American program to a global one, bringing in local and regional expertise to understand regional business models, including overcoming language barriers or having a delivery team based out of the local country could have helped 2. Team could have identified and provided automation tools for testing and other similar aspects, even though it is not part of the contract scope, but as a free.
