What I like best is the wide selection of practical learning content and its simple, flexible use in everyday work. This allows employees to continue learning in a targeted way, regardless of location.

The quality of some of the courses is sometimes too simple. Might be too expensive if you take many courses. It does require more moderation in the discussion forum.
