I like how I can look at the history and detailed recovery points which makes sure I select a safe restore also I can integrate with the other VMware tools which makes the management much easier.

Recovery is that the licensing model can be confusing, especially when scaling up, and the documentation could be more comprehensive for complex recovery scenarios. Additionally, there can be a learning curve for new users due to the advanced features, and occasional delays in support responses can be frustrating when urgent recovery help is needed.
