I like the seamless integration with M365 suite and the ability to do granular backups too. It has a user-friendly interface that enables most users to easily set up backups and manage recovery processes.

Initial testing and planning activity needs to be improved. Sometimes it have bad experience to meet our expectation. Dependency needed with software providers.
