Cross network vision and ease of menus. Many users of this software, and even I, am able to provide training to the partners that use it - quite amazing. Again, emphasizing a global implementation. So my trainings may be with users where we have difficulty understanding each other.

The support initially has been very bad. Lately, after a lot of escalation, we have seen improvements, but needs to be a lot better with the documentation of products and support.
