When the product was initially purchased we were told that the product would perform certain functions.  When we tried to implement these function such as management of Microsoft DHCP, it would not work and caused the servers to crash.  Support also recommends that we upgrade to the latest version rather than troubleshoot most issues and when we do it may solve the current bug that we are seeing but tends to introduce new bugs.  There are other issues but those are the main two issues we see.

But after some time of use it felt very easy and must be a solution so that we can resolve dns related challenges like ip flapping ad many more.
