We have used Box for several years, both for internal file storage and sharing/receiving files securely to/from customers. We generally found it easy to use and consider it to be very much security-first. We were able to easily integrate with internal tools using the Box API.

IT Associate

We utilise Box for external file-sharing with clients and freelancers for design work. It is a very simplistic, yet efficient tool for sharing and receiving any files and documents required. Allowing lots of control over who has access to your documents, how they are shared and for how long. I find it to be a very good tool however, the licensing of an account can be confusing and quite expensive for the product provided.
