Onboarding support was excellent and cutting over our file system went as smoothly as we could have hoped. End users are very pleased with access in our hybrid environment and no longer need to connect through a slow VPN to gain access to their files. Their desktop application made onboarding a dream, with almost no training required for initial access. Many people didn't even notice the difference in the file system, once we went live! Users are also thrilled that they have access to older versions of their files without needing to request files from restored backups.

It takes a lot of time to upload large files over 2 GB. Sometimes it crashes while uploading such large size files and requires to upload files again from beginning. The sync up between previous job does not works.
