The Visual Vault is easy to navigate.  In those rare instances in which I have called for assistance I find it has been very difficult to receive the level of customer service i would expect. 

Audio Visual Specialist

VisualVault is by no means the best option when it comes to Document Management and Imaging Solutions for your business/employer. It's a viable solution for small, mid, and large-sized enterprises so it does cater for nearly all business types. I would personally avoid using VisualVault if you are freelancer and/or rely on Mac users, as this is Windows only. A solid 6.5 out of 10.
