Since we implemented Mfiles we have benefited from a centralized repository that makes document management, retrieval and collaboration more efficient. Its metadata- driven approach has improved visibility across projects, properties, contracts and client records, enabling faster decision making, better documents control and frictionless collaboration between our departments.

I love the idea of M-files for organizing all of your documents and work in one platform, but I really don't like the way that they have executed it. Too much to have, difficult interface to deal with.

M-Files provided a great user experience modelling business processes that are document-related and/or require tracking of actions. We use it as fully controlled on-premise and as SaaS solution and seamlessly replicate information between the on premise and cloud environment. especially the built-in possibility to integrate date from external sources allows us to base our workflows on SAP and Process related transactional data. The API is highly powerful allowing real time analytics and applicatiln/data integration.
