What do you like most about the product or service?

Access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Option to edit PDFs in MS Word. PowerPoint's video creation capabilities. Reporting has been easy with MS Excel.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

So far it has worked perfectly for me. Anything I wanted to do from creating a custom video for a new process in power point or creating extensive reports in excel, everything worked well.
