The platform handles multiple of our multi-format documents while maintaining precise audit trails and retention schedules. It also integrates with our SAP ecosystem and Microsoft 365 environment allowing us to easily access securely archived files directly without jumping between apps.

Some of the features were sold to us as working solutions with a little too light thought, leading to later confusion of the capabilities. The new tag-feature is not global but tied to a single master workspace, thus preventing us to use it properly when using both master and project worspaces. There is no way to change or fix any metadata for the old revisions (mostly freezing is ok but sometimes some additional info would be needed to add later on).
