Multiple people can edit documents simultaneously, leave comments, and track changes without creating duplicate files and that is the tools biggest strength as it cuts down on version confusion and constant email attachments.

3rd party integrations usually take longer to come to Zoho products vs competitors. Support takes longer than expected.
