1. When moving to another platform within ADP umbrella, record keeping and transferring the existing data was horrible. 2. The Payroll function is strong, but other than that, it is not really recommended. Scalability needs to be improved. 3. Customer service is overall fine, but it totally depends on the representative. The CS quality should be more standardized.
