This platform was the only solution identified during evaluation that delivers a fully integrated, end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle capability, encompassing data ingestion, data processing, review, analytics, and production within a unified architecture. The platform allows us to complete legal matters from start to finish in-house. We have total control over our data and no longer need to send it to outside vendors for processing. We have the ability to monitor and review our matters like never before. As such, it represented a critical requirement in our cloud provider selection criteria and was a primary driver in our decision-making process. Additionally, the application provides robust interoperability through API-level integration with our legal spend and matter management systems, enabling streamlined data exchange, improved matter-level visibility, and enhanced operational efficiency. The platform further distinguishes itself through an extensible modular framework that supports cross-functional integration with Compliance, Digital Forensics, Risk Management, and other enterprise functions. This interoperability positions it as a comprehensive, enterprise-grade solution for corporate legal departments requiring cohesive data governance, investigative workflows, and risk mitigation capabilities.

The messaging facilities formatting capabilities are weak; there is no way to choose a delivery time for future messages. it would also be helpful if the software could track whether or not messages were opened, like other email distribution software can.
