I really like and appreciate then on the rare occasion we have an issue with Nebula or need help researching and resolving errors & warnings w/ documents that we can't resolve on our own, that the support staff is available and always quick to respond in a timely manner. The system is straightforward and easy to use.

The user interface is confusing. The organization or folder system is complicated. There is a lack of translation service.
