The service is slow and riddled with access issues far too often for an enterprise environment.  The "Outlook (New)" application to access Exchange Online is not liked by most of our users who prefer the "Classic" version but having two icons that look almost exactly the same is confusing to the end-users.  We try to uninstall the "New" version but it seems it is often installed with updates so keeps coming back.
