We used Zylab for handling request to disclose governmental documents (Woo-request). Uploading all documents in Zylab and have the Zylab-team do some post-upload activities, like de-duplication and auto-redacting, saves a lot of time going through all the documents. Most of the personal information is then already anonymized and saves manual labor. When you have specific requests during your project the Zylab-team will get on that within the same day. This makes sure you don't 'waste time' waiting for the Zylab-team to incorporate changes. And almost everything is possible: the customability is huge. I'd definitely recommend using Zylab for similar projects like Woo-requests or if you need to anonymize bulks of documents.
