The overall experience of implementing Coupa E-Sourcing to our organisation has proven to deliver substantial savings effectively in a short space of time as part of the procurement execution within my direct responsibilities. However, there were some limitations of the tool due to some functionality limitations relating to the base price settings, errors in item/lot handling etc. which can be system improved. Hence, the 'Outstanding' feedback but not 'Truly Exceptional'.

Coupa is an easy to use esourcing platform. Its quite simple, fast to load. Functions are quite straighforward. All kind of features are available like RFI, RFQ, RFP, Reverse auction etc.

Coupa has made it easier for me to manage standard e-sourcing processes. The limitation is that there is limited detail which can be useful for strategic sourcing decisions.  The enhanced reporting features can provide enhanced supplier management and thus unleash the full potential of Coupa.
