As an off-the-shelf product, the eAuction system (the product we're focussing on) is remarkably well suited to virtually any industry sector. It required no customization and so accurately reflects a real world auction in all but name that it's a genuine pleasure to configure and deploy. Excellent user interface and powerful automation functions allow us to perfectly tailor this to the telco industry. Their sandpit environment is excellent and allows for anyone to pick up how to use the system without paying anything. This is something all software/application vendors should learn from.

The admin part is not easy to use, there is no search, so filters to make it easy to use. Also there is no bulk mode, which is not simple when we have a lot of users to maintain. The questionnaire seams to be a bit heavy to use.
