The biggest advantage is that Amazon handles all customer communication, including delivery queries, complaints and returns. This removes a significant daily workload from our team, The fulfilment fees are competitive with standalone 3PL providers, yet with FBA we also gain integrated customer support and Prime eligibility within the same cost structure. The technology layer is another strength. Seller Central, inventory dashboards and performance reporting allow us to manage stock levels, monitor sell-through and analyse fees in one place. Prime eligibility increases customer trust and conversion rates. Combined, the logistics and tech infrastructure makes scaling far easier than building our own warehousing and support operation.
