The biggest advantage is the ease with which settings created once can be deployed to other sites. We manage over 50 websites, and by preparing templates that consolidate rules and access controls, we no longer need to rebuild everything from scratch for each site. We can reuse common settings on new sites, and initial setup, which previously took a day per site, can now be completed in about an hour. Thanks to this, we can add several sites per month without our operations collapsing, and a small team of 2-3 IT administrators can steadily expand our coverage across the entire company. We highly value the fact that manual configuration errors are less likely, and we can maintain quality while deploying settings horizontally.

The platform can feel complex and somewhat dated in terms of interface and configuration model. It isn't especially intuitive for non-specialists, and the most meaningful changes require experienced technical resources. Compared to newer CDN providers, it doesn't always feel as developer-friendly or feature-forward in areas like edge flexibility and rapid experimentation. There can also be a sense that it's built around enterprise processes rather than speed and agility.
