I appreciate the platform's tight integration of security and deliveryhaving WAF, DDoS mitigation, and CDN controls in one console simplifies policy enforcement and reduces deployment friction. The intelligent edge routing and global POP footprint consistently lower latency for dynamic and static content, which translates to measurable improvements in page load and video start times. Finally, the rich caching and configuration options (granular cache keys, tiered caching, and fine-grained TTLs) give engineers the control they need to optimize hit ratios for complex applications.

The point-and-click heavy UI, you often need to navigate through a bunch of clickthroughs to get to what you want to configure. We've alleviated this pain for our own central setup by using terraform for everything. However, other end-users aren't familiar with terraform and instead prefer doing their work via the UI. Hence, they often get lost in the UI. It's also somewhat lacking when it comes to media processing and delivery. Documentation is sometimes a bit sparse or even outdated at times, which is annoying.
