And I have used a lot of them in my experience as an adjunct at my University and as an HRIS Manager at my current company. Articulate has a low learning curve, provides a modern UI and creates engaging training content.

Articulate is fine. It's done very little to innovate over the years, and they've forced us to take the (completely useless and expensive) AI upgrade. They also don't support Mac (how is that still a thing??).
