My favorite features include: interactive learning, breadth of opportunities for utilizing the platform features, and the development team. This trio of features and services enables me to utilize my full creative potential to share the knowledge I amass for my team in a variety of ways that reach every learner and help me meet my deadlines. Their development team listens and implements suggestions provided in a timely manner. iSpring Suite makes it easy to zoom in on most of the interactions, which I love. It is a platform that translates well to the mobile environment to meet my learners wherever they are. The ability to schedule reports to be delivered on any quiz, content, or completion to a specific admin is fantastic. I love the development plans to help me follow user elevation to new roles.

The platform lacks the flexibility of more advanced authoring tools. Customizing interactions, animations, and course navigation can be restrictive, and some courses end up feeling like another PowerPoint. Collaboration features are also limited, making it less ideal for larger teams working on the same project.
