What I like most about the service is the forums, so many other sites neglect the aspect of showing informative and up-to-date process instructions to get specific features enabled or setup. They are also constantly trying to find ways to improve the email campaign block builder and have improved a lot since we started using them.

I think what I dislike the most is that when creating an email campaign, when clearing a specific set of text from the text box, the current formatting applied to the text that you're deleting will not be reapplied to the new text when all of the current text is deleted. This means that I have to go back through and reapply all of the formatting that was on the previous text, or I have to write the text in the middle of the exisiting text that I wish to delete and then when I am done, go back and delete all the surrounding text. For example: TITLE would be edited as TNEWTITLE just so that I don't lose the formatting.
