Mailchimp served our business very well for many years, however we have found that we've outgrown the platform. From our perspective, Mailchimp feels more like a general email marketing platform and not an e-com first platform. 

Mailchimp has been a solid email marketing platform for our team over the past two years. The drag-and-drop email builder is intuitive and the audience segmentation tools have helped us improve our open rates significantly. The analytics dashboard gives us clear visibility into campaign performance. While the pricing has increased and some advanced automation features have a learning curve, the overall value for small to mid-size marketing teams is strong. Integration with our existing tools was straightforward and the deliverability rates have been consistently good.
