The custom event configuration is excellent, and can be used for triggering messages, building user profiles, and/or segmentation. I also appreciate the flexibility of features within the platform, as well as the flexibility of contracts. You can add channels and features as you need them, and the CSM team is always easy to work with. Lastly, I can't say enough good things about Iterable's Support function. Being able to have a live chat with a technician who can help me diagnose an issue, or escalate it to another team if necessary, is invaluable. It's tragically rare to have Support staff who actually know how to use the product you're asking about, so it's very much appreciated.

The segmentation tool is overcomplicated and difficult to understand. I've been using Iterable for over a year and half now and still have difficulty using it. I also don't really like the latest update made to the image section on Iterable, they've just made it twice as long to upload and change an image - I don't see the benefit in this update.
