I used Campaign Monitor in a previous company I worked for before switching to another CRM platform. Campaign Monitor is a good email platform for smaller or medium sized businesses. That said, in comparison with other platforms, it pales in comparison for richer and more complex capabilities.

Campaign Monitor is a great email marketing platform that you can white label as an agency. We use and resell this on to many clients and make a profit from the emails that are sent. It offers automation set ups as well as one off email sends. The system works on a drag and drop buid system which is easy to use and also offers a plain text version. All data in the system can be segmented into different customer lists also.
