I have been using this for a long time, even though I was using this tool in my previous organization as well and I am completely satisfied with this tool. The cost of this tool is pocket friendly and comes with many advanced features. SpiceSend email marketing tool provides me a feature using which I can build email marketing templete from the scratch, I can choose HTML or plain text email template format, and even I get some pre-loaded email templates that help me to build effective content by just using the edit feature. I can make lading pages as well and am able to integrate the landing pages and the website easily. This tool also provides some scores to each subscriber according to their activities. I can add all my scheduled email marketing campaigns in the built in calendars and be able to view those at one go, I can even change the date and time if required. The delivery of emails is good and I get many replies from the subscribers. The email personalization feature is also good that helps me to add a personal touch to my sent emails. The customization process is good and my experience is satisfactory with the overall customization. I also get the customer dashboard and report, reports are useful and can be exported easily, and I can view all my unsubscribed subscribers. bounced emails and many more information using the dashboard and report. hence my overall experience using this tool is very good.

I would say that SpiceSend is a great email marketing tool for beginners but not for intermediates or professionals. So if you are just starting with email marketing then you should go with Spicesend. Since the prices of this tool is lower than the rest of the email marketing tool and it's also good and easy to use.

SpiceSend email marketing tool is an easy-to-use and effective email marketing tool, this is very simple and solves the purpose. I was using this email marketing tool in my previous organization and still using this in my current organization as well, I am using this to send newsletters, informational emails, promotional emails, and announcement emails to all my subscribers bases at a one-go. this allows me to set up or schedule the campaigns easily and quickly, I can easily able to create email marketing campaigns from the home page and able to make the changes as well related to a sender email ID, receiver email ID, etc, and the customization of campaigns is very easy and quick. I can also able to make different landing pages for my different email marketing campaigns, landing pages helps us to get more engagement from the subscribers. I can import the subscribers directly from the CRM using the integration and I can say integration is simple and easy. Customization is not good as this comes with without customization options. the support services are also not good, they only provide technical support via email, there is not any phone number support, and no any live chat support feature. SpiceSend email marketing tool also provides me features using which I can create email templates, I can create HTML and plain text email templates, I can do the personalization using the first name, location, company name and many more, these email personalization feature sis easy and quick as well as effective too. This tool also provides me tracking details like the opened emails, clicked emails, bounced emails, blocklist emails, spam emails and many more information using the dashboard and reports, hence my overall experience using this tool is good.
