1. The cloud platform can be a bit slow at times 2. The user interface feels like it's stuck in the early/mid-2000s when UI/UX designers were still just throwing design elements at the wall and seeing what stuck 3. The confusing interface would then mean extra time spent researching how to do assumedly simple tasks, sometimes even having to contact support 4. Very little ability to add notes to configuration changes that have been made
