Manual Investigation Required Due to Frequent False Positives and Negatives in Filtering

The ability to filter out email threats and phishing attempts that other filters fail to detect. The information presented detailing the reason for detection helps give Admin's the confidence to determine if the message is a false positive or not. The reporting is also very good and can be emailed automatically either by schedule or by a specific trigger.

- Too many false negatives and false positives. - Although there is a lot of text on every email I most often do not understand Check Point's decision when it comes to false positives and negatives. - The email transport chain is of no use. It shows that all emails are being routed over the US East Coast. Some emails are not even leaving the East Coast. While we are located in Europe.
