Overall not satisfied. There are regular issues with SASE ZT product and User experience is very bad. Not Satisfied with customer support on priority issues, In-depth product knowledge issues.

Cloudflare has helped improve email protection against things like phishing and impersonation. We have also seen better filtering of greymail. The interface is easy to use and the reporting makes it easy to investigate issues. It does take some time to learn the environment and a little tuning.
