What i appreciate most about Microsoft Defender fir Office 365 is its comprehensive protection against phishing, business email compromise and malicious content. We frequently exchange emails with suppliers, logistic partners and internal production team and Defender's mailbox intelligence and impersonation protection is the game changer that help detect and block phishing attempts that mimic trusted vendors and executives, which is crucial in preventing fraudulent transactions or supply chain disruptions. The safe attachment and links feature provides realtime protection by sandboxing suspicious files and scanning URls before they reach our inbox. This has significantly reduced the risk of malware and ransomware entering our system through shared files. The automated investigation and response capability is another standout feature, as it automatically quarantines malicious emails across all user mailboxes if a threat is detected, preventing further spread and minimizing operational downtime. I also value the attack simulation training capability, which allows us to run a controlled phishing simulation to train our employees on identifying suspicious emails. This has helped build a stronger security culture within our operation team, particularly for staff who interact frequently with suppliers and procurement communication. In addition the platform's cross platform protection across Outlook, Ms Teams, SharePoint and One Drive ensures all our collaboration channels remain secure when sharing production documents.

Inconsistencies in blocking all phishing emails from the same campaign where 3 out of 10 emails are blocked and the rest are delivered which is quite annoying and you expect it to block all emails since its exactly the same and from the same sender, domain, IP, etc.
