Its like the product was designed without considering how people actually work. People generally aren't going to want to go through the hassle of formally submitting content to be reviewed by moderators eventually, then come back to it days or weeks later to share with colleagues. The gamification quickly gets abused and gives points to activities that hurt the brand or have no effect. Anything posted directly on social media gets ignored by everyone social. Organizing marketing copy is better done in a google drive where it can be put in a folder system.
