Viva Insights is a great tool, in theory. Insights about emails either go into error or are dismissed as not meeting the minimum number of required recipients, when in fact they do qualify. Viva Engage is Teams without guardrails. It leaves open the risk of duplicative or rogue channels being created - by anyone - without any internal oversight and requires double the monitoring.
