I use Avature for hiring staff members. I love that Avature is able to be customized specifically for our university. I am easily able to access current positions, job descriptions, etc. as well as to request new positions and review others. The report function allows me to see all I have done throughout the year, and the status area gives me a real time view of items I am actively working on. I have found this to be an effective tool to navigate a difficult process.

As a Darwinbox user, it has been a decent experience. It has enhanced my employment experience because we can get all the information related to the task box, employees, Vibe(organization social feeds), Attendance, Leaves, HR documents, Performance ratings, Payroll, Organization view/hierarchy, and many more. Recently my organization added/integrated the Ceridian portal which has made it easier to compute taxes, check pay slips, submit IT proofs, and more related to Income.
