I like that it has recognition and rewards, surveys and insights and goals feedback. I like how we are celebraiting our employees and getting them engaged. The reward catalog is insain with so much stuff to choose from.

The UI and UX of the web app isn't great. It doesn't feel very modern. It also didn't seem to integrate as well with certain applications we use, unlike other competitors. It also takes some time for rewards to be sent out once redeemed, which doesn't seem to be an issue for competitors.
