Human Resources Associate

The overall need for the product is great for organizations building their business through team members/refferals. It integrates with our ATS (iCIMS) "okay" but we've been able to figure out way to work around the gaps. User interface is decent (nothing too confusing). As an admin, I wish there was  a better way to source through the candidate pools by skillsets, etc. 

The product has significantly improved the efficiency and structure of our referral program by centralizing and streamlining processes that were previously manual and fragmented.  This ensures data integrity across the board, gigivng us confidence in the accuracy and consistency of our information.

The reporting capabilities are especially valuable, providing clear visibility both internally and externally with our vendor.  This transparency allows us to track performance, validate payouts, and maintain alignment across talent acquisition, payroll, and broader HR functions.  Overall, it has strengthened our ability to manage referrals end to end with greater accuracy, accountability and ease,
