While it's good to feel good about getting points, I think there are far too many options for far too few points. It's easy to feel like you aren't actually making that much progress with how slow and gradual the accrual is. The developer team also seems to be slow to implement fixes. There was a well-known issue with trackers suddenly being unsynced on this product's app, but it took months for it to be resolved. Lastly, I feel like the user experience could get more love. Navigation makes enough sense, but small things as simple as having titles of these points goals be clickable to take you to a detailed page with more of a description, past point history, etc... would be really nice.
