Components of employee well-being solutions include mobile apps, wearable devices, dashboards to track status, on-demand motivational and instructional content, organized events, and rewards. Additional components include communities and social networking capabilities as well as gamification services (such as leaderboards and challenges) which are all used to engage employees. These also include reporting tools to help organizations gauge the effectiveness of their wellness programs.
Employee well-being solutions are excellent tools to organize wellness programs and in keeping employees happy, healthy and motivated so they can always be at their best at work.

We explored Personify Health as a way to streamline employee visibility into their insurance and other wellness benefits, with the hope that increased visibility would equal increased value (and more preventative care). While the app/experience itself does do a good job of providing that streamlined experience for employees, I'm not sure the value balances out the cost of the vendor. We'll need more time to tell.

It's a very detailed product with a lot of options for earning points, but perhaps a bit to its detriment.  It's also in need of some UX love.

Overall it is an easy experience. You can login and complete assessments for points and add steps for points. I wish it would link your step tracking device, so you didn't have to manually add this in.
